The main is that there is no central location for people to go to for the latest news, information, events etc.

During the next gathering we hope to discuss possibilities of how we can all combine our skills and see what can come of it.

The elastic theme created by @drylk will be amazing, also his tutorial on generic templates was a major eye opener to some of the amazing feature of WordPress 3.0. The new default theme is a great step forward, also looking forward to seeing how the themes develop over the years. The new menu system is a fantastic addition. Must say I really enjoyed Eddie Johnston’s talk on wp frameworks and why my next project should be using one. Was really excited to learn about how the body tag can recognise the date and also the browser, should make for a few interesting projects in the months ahead.
